Bundle up and head downtown for the annual Casper Christmas Parade. Free hot chocolate and cookies. Gaze at the lighted parade entries, sing along with the holiday music and keep an eye out for Santa Clause. This year's theme is "The Magic of Christmas" and participants are encouraged to decorate accordingly. Entry fee is $55 per entry in each category.
Deadline to sign up is November 14, 2011.
