McCREIGHT PUTS ON "OLD HAT" FOR CASPER CUTTHROATS' FIRST SEASON

Casper Area Convention & Visitors Bureau CEO Spotlighted as a "Difference Maker" in the July 2012 Issue of SportsEvents Magazine

CASPER, Wyoming - Aaron McCreight, CEO of the Casper Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, was recently featured in an article about baseball, tourism and Casper, Wyoming. The story appears on pages 17-18 in the July 2012 issue of SportsEvents Magazine, whose mission is to help planners of amateur sporting events and competitions be more effective, informed and successful with their events. The July issue is heralded as "The differentia Issue: Featuring The Little Things That Make a Big Difference".

The article highlights the unique story of the Casper Cutthroats' inception and the support received from tourism and city leaders. McCreight's passion for baseball and desire to fill the void left following the Pioneer League Casper Ghosts move to Grand Junction, Colorado was welcomed by local fans as well.
